1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of NIPIK's website, digital products and the reGlow™ application (together, the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or threaten the security of the Services.

3. Purchases & licenses

Preset packs are sold as personal, non-transferable licenses — see the EULA for the full license grant. Prices are shown at checkout; taxes may apply by jurisdiction. Where a satisfaction guarantee is offered, its terms are stated at the point of sale.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Services: no unauthorized access, scraping, attempts to derive or reproduce protected implementation details, resale of licensed content, or uploading unlawful material. You retain rights to photographs you process; you warrant you have the rights to any images you upload.

5. Disclaimers & liability

The Services are provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

6. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in advance. You may close your account at any time. Sections that by nature survive termination (licenses, disclaimers, liability) survive.
