Refund Policy

1. The 30-day guarantee

Every preset pack carries a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If a pack doesn't earn its place in your workflow, write to studio@nipik.co within 30 days of purchase with your order reference and we'll refund it in full to the original payment method.

2. Digital content & EU withdrawal right

For customers in the EU/EEA: by downloading a pack you request immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day withdrawal right for digital content lapses on delivery — our voluntary 30-day guarantee above applies instead and exceeds it.

3. Processing

Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days. On refund, the pack license terminates and downloads are revoked (see the EULA). Abuse of the guarantee (repeat purchase-refund cycles) may result in refusal of future orders.

4. Subscriptions

reGlow™ subscriptions can be cancelled any time and remain active until the end of the paid period; started periods are not refunded pro rata unless required by law.
