End User License Agreement

1. License grant

Upon purchase, NIPIK grants you a personal, worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the purchased preset packs and profiles on devices you control, and to use them in your commercial and personal photographic work without attribution.

2. Restrictions

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or make the presets available as downloads or as part of another product; extract, adapt or convert them for redistribution; or use them to build a competing product. One license covers one photographer; studio/team licensing is available separately.

3. Ownership

The presets, profiles, and the reGlow™ software are licensed, not sold, and remain the intellectual property of NIPIK and its licensors. Your photographs remain entirely yours.

4. Updates & support

License includes updates to the purchased pack. Support is provided on a commercially reasonable basis via the channels listed on the site.

5. Termination

This license terminates automatically on material breach (including redistribution). Upon termination you must delete all copies. Sections 2–3 survive termination.
